After Camp Dance & Pizza Party

For Junior Campers, ages 7-9, Tuesday, July 29, 2008

Guest hours are 12:00-5:30 pm. Lunch is 12:30-1:00 pm.

Bring a friend with you to spend the day at Burn Brae and stay for our After Camp Dance & Pizza Party that afternoon! Show a friend how much fun we have at Burn Brae!

Bring ONE friend (in your age group) to spend the afternoon with you, following your regular schedule. He/she should arrive at 12:00 pm for check-in, then have lunch with you and can stay for the After Camp Dance and Pizza Party later in the afternoon.

The Pizza & Dance Party is from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. We will have an awesome Disc Jockey, great snacks, soda and delicious pizza.

Parents are required to pick up campers and their friends at 5:30 pm sharp.

The Rules

For a camper’s friend to attend Burn Brae’s Bring a Friend to Camp Day and After Camp Pizza & Dance Party, a Permission Form for the friend must be completed and returned to the camp office by Wednesday, July 23 for Senior Campers and Monday, July 28 for Junior Campers. In order for a camper to attend the After Camp Dance & Pizza Party, you must return a completed Permission Form to the camp office by Wednesday, July 23 for Senior Campers and Monday, July 28 for Junior Campers. Your guest must provide his/her own transportation to camp. Make sure they have transportation home after the party ends at 5:30 pm.

Parent or guardian of guest must sign the guest in at the office porch upon arrival at 12:00 pm.

Regular camp rules apply to both the camper and their friend (no electronic games or ipods, no weapons, no cell phones, no money, etc.). Please refer to to the Parent Handbook for full details.

What the Guest Should Bring

· A bagged lunch with their name clearly written on it. We supply cold drinks.
· Sunscreen, a towel, bathing suit and pool shoes. All belongings must be clearly labeled with guest’s name. Bring a change of clothes.
